Using Syllablee

You must be at least 13 years old to use Syllablee. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Bookings and payments

Students may book lessons with tutors at the rates listed on each tutor's profile. Tutors set their own rates and availability. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Tutor responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Deliver lessons professionally and on time
• Honour confirmed bookings

Student responsibilities

• Attend booked lessons or cancel within the allowed window
• Treat tutors with respect
• Provide accurate account information

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including arranging payments outside Syllablee, harassing other users, or providing false information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
